Bronnadh MA sa Léann Éireannach agus PhD sa Nua-Ghaeilge ar Eilís ó Ollscoil na hÉireann, Gaillimh. Chaith Eilís cúig bliana ag obair le TG4, ceithre bliana mar eagarthóir/stiúrthóir i rannóg na mblaisíní agus bliain amháin mar stiúrthóir le Cúla 4, clár na bpáistí. Mar ábhar taighde, tá suim ag Eilís sa bhéaloideas, sa scéalaíocht agus sa scannánaíocht, go háirithe scannáin ina dtugtar léargas ar litríocht, ar dhrámaíocht agus ar chultúr na nGael. Eilís Ní Dhúill is a native of Borris, Co. Carlow. She was awarded a double honours degree in Irish and German from National University of Ireland, Maynooth and she graduated from Galway-Mayo IT with a first class degree in Fine Art. She was also awarded an MA in Irish Studies and a PhD in Nua-Ghaeilge from National University of Ireland, Galway. Eilís spent five years working with TG4, four years as editor/director in the promotions department and one year working with Cúla 4, children’s programming. Eilís’ research interests include storytelling, folklore and film. She has a particular interest in the presentation of Irish-language literature, drama and culture on film and has published in this area.
