Cailean Maclean
Rugadh agus tógadh Cailean MacGill-Eain ar Inse Ghall agus labhairt Ghaeilge na hAlban ar a thoil aige. Tá cónaí tar éis a bheith air ar an Oileán Sgítheanach ó na 1980í, agus tá plé fada tar éis a bheith aige le saothair éagsúla ghrianghrafadóireachta. Sa lá atá inniu ann, cuireann sé ceardlanna agus cúrsaí ar fáil sa ghrianghrafadóireacht féin.
Ar feadh na mblianta ba léiritheoir é le Radio nan Gaidheal, agus mar shaorléithitheoir, bhí lámh aige in an-chuid cláracha raidió is teilifíse. Cailean oiliúint ar shaorálaithe atá gafa leis an stáisiún pobail, Radio Skye.

Cailean Maclean (Cailean MacGill-Eain) was born and brought up as a Gaelic speaker in the Outer Hebrides and has been living on the Isle of Skye since the 1980s. Cailean has been involved in many photographic publications and projects and, in recent years, has taught photography courses and workshops.
For many years he was a producer with Radio nan Gaidheal and, as a freelance, has participated in a range of independent radio and television programmes. Cailean currently trains volunteers involved in the community station, Radio Skye.
With Norman Macdonald he produced and published three volumes of the Great Book of Skye, which constitute the most comprehensive study ever undertaken of the people of the island
