Portraits project is on the move!

The Portraits project is on the move, from Oireachtas na Gaeilge in Killarney to Maynooth University, and on to the Royal Irish Academy in Dublin.

Kerry: Thursday 3rd November at 5pm in the INEC in Killarney. 'Na Portráidí ag an Oireachtas': a multi-media literary event in conjunction with Celia de Fréine and Proinsias Mac a' Bhaird.

Kildare: Thursday 17th November at 4pm in the University Library, Maynooth University. Stage 1b of the project - the Audio Files - being officially launched by the President of Maynooth University, Dr. Philip Nolan. The panel of photographers for Stage 2 will be also be announced at this event.

Dublin: Tuesday 13th December at 6pm in the Royal Irish Academy on Dawson Street. The eight writers that have been selected to be the first annual grouping to join the collection in Stage 2 of the project will be announced publicly at the annual Christmas event of COMHAR Teo.
